Started working together and randomly went to a hackathon to see what we can build. We didn’t know that hackathon changed our life

Met a lot of amazing people who had worked on some amazing projects and there were in the hackathon to build something new.
We are in the corner thinking about what we can build. Grabbed a can of Red bull and you know “It gives us wings”
We learned a lot of things and finally, at the end of the 2nd year, I grabbed an Internship. I came back home and told everyone I’ll be doing an internship. I started my internship coming to a different city with $40 (INR 3k) in the hope of learning and earning for my family. A month has passed. I’m hoping to get the stipend. So that I can pay my rent and be able to send the money to my family.
Another twist in my life
Company - “You are doing amazing in the internship but you have to work with us unpaid”
Me - Why? I need to pay my rent.
Company- Sorry, We can’t do anything. I went back, didn’t slept.
House owner - When will you pay my rent?
Me - Soon...
I left, went to the public place, stayed the whole night and went back home - Even my family didn’t know this. We live in a world where ideas can change people’s lives. Worked hard so much to get a freelance project. Got my first salary- $37 (INR 2800). I did divide it with my friend because he did half of the work.

We have entered a new era: ‘The Age of Creative Renaissance’. To perform well in this new era, you need to invest in your imagination. I started my own open-source organisation @iosf_india in hoping of helping beginners to get started with their open-source contributions. One more year-end and I came to my final year with a lot of hope of getting a job. Started finding an internship and got one in Bangalore.
